Disciplinary Commission
The Disciplinary Commission consists of 8 members.
The Commission consists of one of the Deputies Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee by the decision of the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee, 3 investigators selected through a ballot and 4 representatives appointed by the RA Government.
The members of the Commission are appointed for a period of 3 years and cannot be members of the Qualification Commission at the same time.
The Commission is headed by the Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee.
