Employment Procedure

 

The people holding civil service, discretionary positions, performing civil work and technical maintenance at the RA investigative Committee are employed within the framework of the provisions and requirements envisaged by the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia, RA Law “On Civil Service”,  RA Law “On Public Service”, and the RA Government’s decision N 737-Ն dated July 3, 2014 “On setting the position rates of people performing civil work and providing technical services in state authorities”.

If your or your colleagues’ rights are violated by your heads or colleagues, if you are given illegal instructions or tasks, we are asking you to inform about it to the Department of Inner Security of RA Investigative Committee through email.
