205 Million AMD of Damage Caused to State Recovered

205 Million AMD of Damage Caused to State Recovered

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on investment fraud, money laundering, selling, procuring, keeping narcotic drugs in particularly large amount, carrying out illegal activities and causing damage in particularly large amount committed by members of a criminal organization is ongoing in the Department for Investigation of Cybercrime and High Technology Crime of General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee.

In the course of preliminary investigation 205 million AMD has been recovered to the state budget.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
