In the course of preliminary investigation investigated in the Department for Investigation of Crimes against Humanity of General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee, apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that after the murder committed in a gas station operating in Armavir region two employees of the gas station committed concealment of crime.

Particularly, with the intent to hinder to disclosure of the person who had committed murder, the gas station shift manager instructed the gas station attendant to wash away the traces of blood spilled in the area of the gas station with water, collect and flush down the toilet the spent shells that were scattered in the area as a result of the shooting, then wash away the blood traces once again, in this way organizing and managing the concealment of crimes committed by K.B., gas station attendant.

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against gas station shift manager according to the Part 1 of the Article 46-747 of RA Criminal Code and against the gas station attendant according to the Part 1 of the Article 474 of RA Criminal Code.

The criminal proceeding on them with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor.
