Company Engaged in Autogas Refueling Concealed Taxes in the Amount of 10 Million AMD: Damage Recovered

 

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Ararat Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee, apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that the company engaged in autogas refueling concealed the company's actual turnover in tax-reporting records by introducing falsified data, as a result of which 10 million 470 thousand 258 AMD was not paid to the state budget․

As a result of procedural and evidentiary actions conducted during the preliminary investigation the damage caused to the state has been fully recovered. 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
