In the result of measures taken on the base of the citizen’s call made on December 9, 2023 at 00:23, it was found out that on December 8, between 22:00 and 23:30 RF citizens K.A. and Y.M., with a blatant disregard for the rules of coexistence, showed obvious disrespect for society and blatant contempt to moral norms. Particularly, they damaged the property of the fast food center located at 29 Tumanyan, Yerevan, threw the fruit on the assistant, threw the flowers at the flower shop, located at 24 Mashtots, to the ground and rumpled, combining the mentioned actions with profanity.

On December 9, 2023 a criminal proceeding was initiated in the First Investigative Division of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 297 of RA Criminal Code (committing hooliganism by a group of people).

On the same day at 07:00 and 9:19 the latters were found by the police officers and brought to the investigative body. A decision was made to arrest the mentioned persons on the base of reasonable suspicion of committing the above-mentioned committals.

In the course of preliminary investigation witnesses were questioned, the Police were given assignments. Within the framework of the preliminary investigation necessary measures are taken to find out all circumstances of the case.

At the same time, Y.V., who had been arrested, submitted a report, informing that on December 9, 2023 at about 00:00 masked persons visited her residence in Yerevan, who humiliated her for a long time, cut her hair and put paint on her head.

With regard to the mentioned report a criminal proceeding was initiated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 194 (psychic influence) and the Point 5 of the Part 2 of the Article 195 (physical impact by a group of people).
