In the course of preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated on spoiling the land by the company the damage in particularly large amount cause to the state was fully recovered in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. 

Through inspection conducted by the RA Environmental Protection and Mineral Inspection Body it was found out that the sand masses installed by the company were moved along with the water flow. As a result, state-owned land adjacent to the landfills, with total surface of 64,914 square meters, was contaminated.

Damage assessment was carried out by the Environmental Protection and Mineral Inspection Body, pursuant to which the damage caused by the company's economic activities amounted to 11 million 583 thousand 348 AMD, which was fully recovered.
