Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding which had been investigated since June 8, 2018 was completed in General Department for Investigation of Crimes against the State, Fundamentals of the Constitutional Order and Public Security of the RA Investigative Committee. 

As a result of large-scale evidentiary and procedural actions conducted in the course of the preliminary investigation, it was grounded that in order to return the amount of 10 million Russian rubles owed to H.Kh’s brothers A.A. and M.K., R.S., A.B. and A.M. visited the apartment of H.Kh.’s brother, K.Kh., where between May 19 and 21, 2018 , acting in a group, with prior agreement, complementing each other’s actions, tortured – caused strong mental sufferance to K.Kh. and his cousin, minor A.Kh.. 

Public criminal prosecution was initiated against R.S., M.K., A.A., A.B. and A.M. according to the Points 3 and 5 of the Part 2 of the Article 196 of RA Criminal Code. 

Search was declared against A.B. and A.M..

The criminal proceeding related to R.S., M.K., A.A. with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor.
