Preliminary investigation of criminal case on three defendants initiated on murder of two persons in Shengavit completed
Preliminary investigation of the criminal case on 3 defendants initiated on murder committed on November 13 at the area of “Lia” beauty salon was completed in Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.

It was earlier informed that on November 13, 2016 two persons – residents of Yerevan G. Avetisyan and M. Musheghyan died of firearm injuries they had sustained in the result of shots fired in “Lia” beauty salon operating in Shengavit administrative district. Through inspection of M. Musheghyan’s body a bodily injury on the abdomen inflicted with a cutting-piercing item was also found.  
 
In the result of investigatory and operative-searching measures conducted in the framework of the criminal case the motive, those directly involved in the incident were found, the actions of each of them were personalized. 
 
On the base of the evidence obtained during pretrial proceeding charge was pressed against P. Israyelyan according to the Point 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code, charge was pressed against A. Banduryan according to the Point 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 38-112, charge was pressed against A. Gasparyan according to the Part 1 of the Article 335 of RA Criminal Code. 
 
Considering that the evidence obtained through preliminary investigation on P. Israyelyan, A. Banduryan and A. Gasparyan are sufficient for the criminal case to be sent to court with the bill of indictment, the count on them was separated from the criminal case as a separate proceeding and preliminary investigation was completed. The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to prosecutor supervising the legality of preliminary investigation.
 
Preliminary investigation of the separated part is ongoing.  
 
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
