Necessary measures are taken in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find out circumstances of theft attempt from an office of «Varks.am» CJSC.

Pursuant to initial data, on February 4, 2019 from 04:00 to 04:30 with the purpose of swindling somebody else's property the person having committed the alleged crime with technical means opened the side glass of the office of «Varks.am» CJSC operating on Titogradyan Street, Yerevan, illegally entered the office and attempted to steal the metal safe where there was 3.800.000 AMD. However, he could not complete the crime under unforeseen circumstances.

A criminal case was initiated in the RA IC Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 34-177 of RA Criminal Code.

Investigation is conducted. Necessary investigatory and other procedural actions are conducted to find out all circumstances of the case, to identify the person having committed the alleged crime.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
