In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding investigated in General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that tax liability in the amount of 2 billion 637 million 734 thousand 909 AMD was not paid by the company registered in the RA. 

As a result of the joint measures taken in the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding by the employees of General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee and the Department of Comprehensive Tax Inspections of the RA State Revenue Committee, adjusted income tax calculations were submitted by the company and the damage caused to the state was fully recovered.
