In the framework of the criminal case investigated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee 28 year-old resident of Vanadzor was arrested on suspicion of stabbing Vahagn Torosyan, born in 1991.
 

On June 8, 2016 at 19:45 a call was received from “Vanadzor Medical Center” CJSC informing that Vahagn Torosyan, born in 1991, went to hospital for medical aid with “cut-pierced wound on the chest”.
 

A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code, an investigatory plan was worked out and necessary investigatory actions were conducted to find the circumstances of infliction of bodily damage to the young man.
 

Vahagn Torosyan was found an injured party, forensic medical examination was commissioned.
 

On June 10, 2016 at about 00:40 28 year-old resident of Vanadzor, who is suspected of inflicting V. Torosyan heavy bodily damage, surrendered himself and was arrested. The suspect refused to give evidence.
 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
