Damage in the Amount of about 1 Billion 46 Million AMD Caused to State Recovered

 

As a result of procedural and evidentiary actions conducted in the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in General Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Smuggling of the RA Investigative Committee, damage in particularly large amount caused to the state - 1 billion 46 million 189 thousand 556 AMD has been recovered by business operator. 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
