Damage of 13 Million AMD Caused by Clothing Sales Company to State Recovered

 

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding investigated in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that the unified tax reports for 2022-2023 had been falsified by a clothing sales company. As a result, taxes in large amount were not paid to the state budget. 

In the course of the preliminary investigation the damage in the amount of 13 million 166 thousand 701 AMD has been recovered. 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.
