25 Million AMD of Damage Caused to State Recovered

 

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that one of the companies operating in the RA carried out illegal extraction and sale of sand-gravel mixture on a plot of land acquired in Armavir region. As a result, damage in the amount of 59 million 584 thousand 320 AMD was caused to the state. 

As a result of procedural and evidentiary actions conducted in the course of the preliminary investigation 25 million AMD of the damage caused to the state has been recovered. 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
