Damage of 29.7 Million AMD Caused to State Recovered by Company Engaged in Illegal Business Activities

 

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Masis Investigative Division of Ararat Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee it was found out that from a land plot with an area of 5,995 sq. m located in the Zorak settlement, a company illegally extracted 8,748 cubic meters of sand and gravel mountain mass, as a result of which damage amounting to 29 million 784 thousand 310 AMD was caused to the state.

During the preliminary investigation the damage caused to the state has fully recovered. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
