Preliminary Investigation of Criminal Proceeding Initiated on Fraud in Large Amount Committed by Inspector of ENA Branch Completed

 

As it was earlier informed, in the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in the Department for Investigation of General and Election-Related Crimes of General Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee public criminal prosecution was initiated against the inspector in one of the branches of the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) for submitting inflated electricity consumption figures that did not correspond to reality. 

The criminal proceeding with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor for approval and referral to court. 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
