In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding initiated in Aragatsotn Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that A.A. was carrying out illegal entrepreneurial activities. Particularly, the latter purchased various types of bottled counterfeit vodka from A.V. and K.V., which he sold to various individuals and businesses.

In the course of the preliminary investigation fake vodka bottles, labels, and excise taxes were found in the building, residence, and vehicles actually used by A.A., A.V., and K.V.

During the preliminary investigation the damage in the amount of 6 million AMD caused by them to the state has been recovered.
