In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding investigated in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee apparent factual data were obtained on the allegation that on 16 November, 2025, during the local self-government elections in the enlarged community of Vagharshapat , S.D. and N.O. , included in the Council of Elders list of the "Victory" alliance of parties,  as well as A.A. and M.M., supporters of the same alliance , with prior agreement, in a group, directed a number of individuals eligible to participate in the elections, to vote in favor of the alliance, thereby obstructing the free exercise of their individual electoral rights.

In the course of the preliminary investigation public criminal prosecution was initiated against 7 people according to the Point 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 210 of RA Criminal Code. 

6 people were arrested to be presented to court to apply detention as a pretrial measure. 

Searches were conducted at their residential addresses and adjacent auxiliary buildings, as a result of which documents of significance for the criminal proceeding were found.
