In 2016 there were Shortcomings in Water Supply Work in Katnajur Settlement․ Damage of 8 Million AMD Caused to State Recovered

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding investigated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee, it was found out that in 2016 there were shortcomings in the work carried out under the water supply system reconstruction program in Katnajur settlement of Spitak community.

Particularly, through preliminary investigation it was grounded that the actual dimensions of the materials used during the work carried out by the construction company, in accordance with the procedures defined by the design and cost-estimate documentation for the construction of water pipelines, did not correspond to the dimensional values specified in the relevant documents. As a result, the damage caused to the state has amounted to 8 million 232 thousand 565 AMD.

In the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceeding the damage caused to the state was fully recovered.
