Investigation is conducted in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find out circumstances of hindrance to legal professional activity of “Hayeli” club.

On October 5, 2019 a video was inserted on the internet where a group of people hit the wall of “Hayeli” club with eggs, fixed posters and declared that they would not allow the informative site to work related to the article titled “Aliev’s late but strong response to Pashinyan at Putin” published in “hayeli.am” informative site.

A criminal case was initiated in Central Police Division according to the Part 1 of the Article 164 of RA Criminal Code which was sent to RA IC Investigative Division of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department for conduction of preliminary investigation and was received in the proceeding.

The above-mentioned four young men were involved as a suspect, signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against them.

Necessary investigatory and other procedural actions are conducted to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of circumstances of the case.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
