55 Year-Old Man’s Body Found; Criminal Case Initiated
On October 20 a call was received informing that there was a man’s body in one of the apartments of 26b house, Abovyan, Yerevan. The investigatory-operative group left for the scene. The victim was identified; he was 55 years old, registered in Yerevan.
Through external inspection of the body it was found out that the initial cause of the man’s death was “close craniocerebral injury”.
On October 21, 2018 a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 14 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is conducted.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
