Criminal cases were initiated in several administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee based on reports on car arsons in several districts of Yerevan.
 

Taking public interest into consideration we inform that 4 criminal cases were initiated according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code, 1 criminal case was initiated according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code, and 1 criminal case was initiated according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-185 of RA Criminal Code.
 

In the framework of the criminal case police subdivisions were instructed to take necessary operative-searching measures to identify the person (persons) having committed the apparent crime.
 

Thus,
 

-On 27 November, 2014 a call was received informing that on the same day from 04.00 to 04.30 a person having committed the apparent crime with the intention of willful spoilage of somebody’s property burnt by arson attack the tire and the back panel of “CHERY TIGGO” belonging to the resident of Yerevan Susanna Melqonyan causing her significant property damage.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code. S. Melqonyan was found a victim.
 

-On 27 November, 2014 Police Station of Erebuni received a call informing that on the same day at about 04:00 a person having committed the apparent crime with the intention of willful spoilage of somebody’s property burnt by arson attack “Nissan Tiana” belonging to Yerevan resident Lusine Galstyan spoiling the tire, wheel arch and back seat of the car and causing her significant property damage.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts pursuant to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code.

-On 27 November, 2014 the Central Police Station received a call informing that from 22:00, 26 November to 06:30, 27 November a person having committed the apparent crime with the intention of willful spoilage of somebody’s property burnt by arson attack “Mersedes” belonging to Yerevan resident Karen Harutyunyan spoiling the left back wheel arch, the left tire of the panel, the wheel of the car and causing the owner significant property damage.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq Marash administrative districts according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code.

-On 27 November, 2014 Police station of Shengavit received a call informing that on the same day from 01:30 to 04:20 a person having committed the apparent crime with the intention of willful spoilage of somebody’s property burnt by arson attack “Honda” belonging to Yerevan resident Vardan Hakobyan spoiling the left back part of the car and causing the owner significant property damage.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code. V. Hakobyan was found a victim.
 

-On 27 November, 2014 Central Police Station received a call informing that from 21:00, 26 November to 10:00, 27 November a person having committed the apparent crime with the intention of willful spoilage of somebody’s property attempted to burn by arson “Mercedes” belonging to Yerevan resident Karo Yeghnukyan as a tree branch with polyethylene bag and other traces of flammable liquids were found at the front part of the car.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq Marash administrative districts pursuant to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-185 of RA Criminal Code.

-On 27 November, 2014 Central Police Station received a call informing that on the same day at about 05:00 a person having committed the apparent crime with the intention of willful spoilage of somebody’s property burnt by arson attack “Mercedes C200” belonging to Yerevan resident Samvel Margaryan causing him significant property damage.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq Marash administrative districts pursuant to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code.
 

Complex forensic examination has been appointed in the mentioned criminal cases.
 

Necessary investigative activities are being implemented to provide the objectiveness, comprehensiveness and completeness of the criminal cases.
