A criminal case was initiated in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of 28 year-old resident of Gyumri, V. Avetisyan.
 

On May 31, 2015 at 13:30 a call was received informing that there was an immovable person in the car salon parked in front of the house 2/1 of Mush 2 district of Gyumri.
 

Through the inspection of the scene the body of 28 year-old resident of Mush 2 district of Gyumri with firearm injury on the left part of the chest was found in the salon of “Volkswagen Vento” parked in front of the house 2/1 of the same district. A charged “Makarov” pistol was found in the front part of the back seat of the car. There were 5 bullets in its cartridge belt, and a capsule near the pistol.
 

According to the initial data the man committed suicide between 22:30, May 30, 2015 and 13:30, May 31, 2015 in the salon of “Volkswagen Vento” parked in front of the house 2/1 of the same district by firing at the left part of his chest through the rifle “Makarov”.
 

On May 31, 2015 a criminal case was initiated according to the Part 1 of the Article 110 of RA Criminal Code (causing somebody to commit suicide) and according to the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code (illegal procurement and keeping of weapons and ammunition).
 

During the inspection of the site samples were taken, forensic medical, forensic ballistic and fingerprint examinations were appointed.
 

Investigation is conducted to find the circumstances of the man’s death.
