A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on inflicting 4 persons heavy bodily damage.

On January 14, 2016 a call was received informing that 4 men with cut-pierced wounds were taken to a medical center. It was found that the mentioned persons had been inflicted bodily damages at the same place.

According to initial data, during the row erupted on personal relations at one of the clubs operating in Aleq Manukyan street, Yerevan E. Hayrapetyan, A. Margaryan, M. Martirosyan and R. Gasparyan were inflicted penetrating bodily damages with a cutting-piercing item. 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.

Preliminary investigation is conducted.

Necessary investigatory and procedural measures are conducted to find all the circumstances of the case, to identify the person having committed the apparent crime.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
