A criminal case initiated on murder and murder attempt against Armenian servicemen committed by the enemy
A criminal case was initiated in the Third Garrison Investigative Unit on murder of 4 Armenian servicemen and murder attempt against 16 servicemen committed by the enemy in a way dangerous for the life of many people.
On 25.09.2015 at about 17:30 the servicemen Norayr Khachatryan, Robert Mkrtchyan, Karen Shahinyan and Harut Hakobyan died of bodily injuries they had sustained in the result of explosion of the shells fired by the enemy towards the protection area of the unit N.
The servicemen Arkadi Muradyan, Harutyun Tovmasyan, Karen Vardanyan, Vanik Martirosyan, Tatul Poghosyan, Sergey Eloyan, Khachatur Papikyan, Yasha Baghdasarov, Arman Stepanyan, Narek Tarumyan, Karen Yeremyan, Safar Safaryan, Vurg Galstyan, Razmik Khachatryan, Sedrak Gharibyan, Hayk Hovhannisyan sustained bodily injuries and were taken to military hospital.
A criminal case was initiated in the Third Garrison Investigative Unit on willful deprivation of life of two or more people out of motives of national, race and religious hate or fanatism in a way dangerous for the life of many people, as well as attempt of willful deprivation of life of two or more people out of motives of national, race and religious hate or fanatism in a way dangerous for the life of many people.
Preliminary investigation is conducted.
