Investigation is conducted in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find circumstances of infliction of heavy firearm injuries to 3 persons. Two of these persons died of injuries, the other is in a grave condition.
 

On November 13, 2016 at about 17:15 a call was received from “Saint Mary” medical center informing that a man’s body with firearm injuries on the head and abdomen was taken to medical center. According to the call two residents of Yerevan – M. Musheghyan with a firearm injury on the abdomen and A. Petrosyan with a firearm injury on the right part of the chest were also taken to medical center.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district according to the Part 1 of the Article 104, the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code. By the decision of the Head of the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district S. Matevosyan an investigatory group has been formed, investigatory plan has been worked out and urgent investigatory actions are conducted to find all circumstances of the case.
 

Through investigation the person who had died of firearm injury was identified; he was a resident of Yerevan, Gevorg Avetisyan, born in 1991. Data were obtained on the possible site which is the salon located on the basement floor of one of the buildings in Shirak Street. Through inspection of the site bloodlike and other traces were found and samples were taken.
 

Forensic medical examination of the body, forensic medical, forensic biological, forensic ballistic and forensic chemical complex examinations were commissioned to find a number of circumstances significant for the criminal case.
 

The relevant subdivisions of the police were tasked to take measures to find the person (persons) having committed the apparent crime and bring to the investigative body.
 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
