A criminal case initiated on murder of soldier Shakespeare Hakobyan committed by the enemy
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of the soldier of RA Armed Forces Shakespeare Hakobyan committed by the enemy out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism.
On 5 February, 2015 at about 16:15 in the result of the shot fired by the enemy out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism, with the intend to commit murder, the soldier of unit N Shakespeare Hakobyan who was on duty at the military position of protection area of the same unit, sustained an injury on his back.
The soldier Shakespeare Hakobyan died at the scene of the firearm injury.
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is under way.
