A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on official forgery committed by a police inspector.
 

On 28 December, 2014 the resident of Vanadzor submitted a written report to Lori Regional Investigative Department informing that the inspector of municipal police station of Bazum division of Vanadzor of Regional Department of RA Police has made a false explanation during the preparation of materials on bodily injuries received by her son.
 

Particularly, the resident told that her son S. Kirakosyan was in the medical center of Vanadzor with bodily injuries. In police station materials were prepared on the case in the framework of which the police inspector without visiting the medical center of Vanadzor and getting explanation from her son made a false document on getting explanation from him on 14 December from 12:30 to 12:55, whereas from 13 to 18 December her son was unconscious in the medical center and died on 18 December.
 

By the prepared materials on 29 December, 2014 a criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 314 of RA Criminal Code.
 

On the same day a decision was made on sending the criminal case to RA Special Investigation Service according to investigative subordination.
