A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on subjecting Samson Ghazaryan to battery.

On October 21, 2015 Samson Ghazaryan submitted a report informing that he had been subjected to battery.

Through preliminary investigation it was found that on October 21, 2015 at about 09:20 B. Paytyan subjected A. Ghazaryan to battery near the school N 82 located in Mamikonyants Street, Yerevan inflicting him bodily damage which did not cause light damage to health.

It was found that S. Ghazaryan and B. Paytyan had an argument on not yielding each other while driving and B. Paytyan punched S. Ghazaryan.

Considering that sufficient bases for initiation of criminal case are available in the prepared materials, on October 30, 2015 a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Article 118 of RA Criminal Code (Battery).

Forensic examination was commissioned.

Preliminary investigation is under way.

Necessary investigatory and procedural actions are conducted to find all the circumstances of the case.
