A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department on infliction of damage in particularly large amount to the Armenian branch of “Sanitek” LLC.
 

The materials prepared on the base of the report on infliction of property damage to “Sanitek” LLC submitted by the representative of the company, A. Karapetyan were received on June 28 in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts from Central Station of RA Police.
 

Particularly, the representative of LLC submitted a written report informing that on June 23, 2015 an unidentified person or persons evacuated the 41 trash bins located in several streets of Kentron administrative district of Yerevan belonging to the Armenian branch of “Sanitek” LLC, took them to Baghramyan Avenue and used them as means of barrier, thus inflicting property damage in particularly large amount to the company.
 

Considering that there is a reason of initiation of a criminal case envisaged by law in the materials, a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts pursuant to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code (willful destruction of somebody’s property which caused significant damage).  
 

In the framework of the criminal case a decision was made to confiscate the mentioned 41 trash bins used as barriers in Baghramyan Street of Yerevan.
 

The implementation of the decision was tasked to the appropriate subdivisions of the police.
