A meeting with the legal successors of the victims in the case initiated on murder of 7 persons committed in Gyumri took place in RA Investigative Committee
Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on murder of the Avetisyans’ family committed in Gyumri on January12 is ongoing in General Investigative Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of RA Investigative Committee in the framework of which necessary investigative measures are taken to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of the case, at the same time numerous hypotheses are examined.
In respond to the media inquiries we inform that on February18, 2015 General Investigative Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of RA Investigative Committee held a meeting-discussion with the legal successors of the victims and their representatives during which the Deputy Chairman of RA Investigative Committee and the investigators of the investigative group formed in the framework of the criminal case answered the questions of the legal successors of the victims, as well as their representatives, provided them with information which was not a secret of preliminary investigation. The latters also got acquainted with some materials of the criminal case and results of the expertise.
General Investigative Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of RA Investigative Committee will go on making the data of preliminary investigation as available as possible for the legal successors of the victims and their representatives and the meetings of this kind will take place regularly.
