A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on stabbing a 37 year-old man, in the result of urgent investigatory actions the person having committed the apparent crime was identified.
 

On May 8, 2017 at 00:10 a call was received from “Armenia” medical center informing that the resident of Yerevan, Artur Heroyan, born in 1980, was taken to medical center with cut-pierced wounds.
 

On the same day a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. In the result of measures taken in the framework of the criminal case it was found that A. Heroyan sustained the mentioned bodily injuries during the argument that took place near the supermarket “Kaizer”.
 

Pursuant to initial data, the row erupted over not giving way to the car of the injured during which the latter was inflicted bodily injuries with a knife. Actual data were obtained on the identification of the person having committed the apparent crime; he is a man born in 1959. The latter was found and arrested.
