A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on banditry committed in Avan branch of “Fast Credit Capital” universal credit organization CJSC.

Pursuant to initial data, on April 2, 2018 at about 21:30 a masked person armed with weapon-like items – pistol and grenade entered the office of “Fast Credit Capital” universal credit organization CJSC operating in Khudyakov Street of Yerevan and threatening to use violence dangerous for life of employees and customer demanded money. Taking money in particularly large amount from the employee the person having committed the alleged crime escaped. Pursuant to initial data, the swindled money is about 6.341.000 AMD.

A criminal case was initiated in the RA IC Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 175 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code, an investigatory group was formed, the customer and the employees of CJSC were found the injured party.

Videos captured by cameras of CJSC were confiscated.

The relevant subdivision of the police was tasked to take operative-intelligence measures to find the circumstances of the case.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
