In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department on stabbing which took place on March 13 near school N 47 in Sari-Tagh two brothers were arrested. Forensic medical examinations were commissioned against them, as well.
 

It was earlier informed that on March 13 an argument that took place in front of school N 47 in Sari-Tagh ended in stabbing in the result of which a minor died, 5 more persons with different bodily injuries were taken to hospital. All the injured are residents of Sari-Tagh.
 

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts according to 3 articles of RA Criminal Code - the Part 1 of the Article 104 (murder), the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 (murder attempt against two or more persons), the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 113 (infliction of medium-gravity damage to 2 or more persons).
 

An investigatory plan has been worked out, working hypotheses have been put forward, investigatory and operative-searching measures are taken to verify them, to find the motive of the argument, the frame of participants and the role of each of them.
 

During preliminary investigation of the criminal case on March 15 two residents of Sari-Tagh – Petrosyan brothers together with a lawyer surrendered themselves and claimed that they had also been involved in the mentioned argument during which they were beaten.   
 

According to initial data, on the day of stabbing one of the brothers had a knife. The latter - as a suspect gave testimony on what had happened then asked to interrupt the interrogation because he felt bad. The other brother also complained of his health and refused to give testimony.
 

Petrosyan brothers were arrested as a suspect and underwent medical examination. Forensic medical examinations were commissioned to find out the gravity, nature of bodily injuries found on the brothers.
 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing, necessary investigatory measures are taken to find the circumstances indicated in the suspects’ testimonies.
