Charge Pressed against Draftee for Hooliganism Combined with Violence
During preliminary investigation of the criminal case investigated in the Fourth Garrison Unit of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee actual data were obtained on the allegation that on December 4, 2019 at about 14:30 the draftee came to Yerevan Military Commissariat N 1 of the RA Ministry of Defense to hand the documents related to military draftee where the head of draftee group of draftee division of the military commissariat made a remark for his aggressive behavior. After it in the passage of the administrative district of Yerevan Military Commissariat N 1 of the RA Ministry of Defense in other citizens’ presence the draftee made a noise and scolded the employees of the military commissariat, then he punched the head of draftee group of draftee division of the military commissariat causing bodily injuries.
On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against the draftee according to the Part 2 of the Article 258 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
