In the framework of the criminal case, investigated in the Investigative Division of Shengavit of Yerevan Investigative Department initiated on murder of RA citizen German Voskanyan, charge was pressed against K. Voskanyan.
 

Through preliminary investigation it was found that on 25 January, 2015 at about 17:00 in his garage K. Voskanyan argued with his son G. Voskanyan on repairing the roof.
 

During the argument the latter bent to check if there was any water in the manhole. At that moment K. Voskanyan took an axe, hit at the right part of the occipital part of his son and killed him. Then he buried his son’s body in the hole of the back part of the manhole in the garage.
 

On the base of the obtained evidence K. Voskanyan was charged according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.
 

Detainment was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
