Through complete, objective and comprehensive investigation of the criminal case investigated in Abovyan Investigative Division of Kotayk Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee a number of circumstances of infliction of damage to property of «Smart Construction» LLC by deception and forgery of document committed by the representative of «Euro motors» CJSC, Deputy Director of «Multi Group» Concern LLC, abuse of official authority committed by the Head of Arinj community of Kotayk province, forgery of documents committed by the inspector of Kotayk Territorial Subdivision of State Urban Development Inspectorate of Staff of State Committee for Urban Development adjunct to the RA Government and Architect of «Techno Casa» LLC were found out.

On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against the inspector of Kotayk Territorial Subdivision of State Urban Development Inspectorate of Staff of State Committee for Urban Development adjunct to the RA Government and Architect of «Techno Casa» LLC according to the Part 2 of the Article 325 (forgery, sale or use of forged documents, stamps, seals, letter-heads, vehicle license plates), against Deputy Director of «Multi Group» Concern LLC – according to the Part 2 of the Article 325 and the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 184 (infliction of damage to property by deception or abuse of confidence), against the Head of Arinj community of Kotayk province – according to the Part 2 of the Article 308 (abuse of official authority) of RA Criminal Code. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against them.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
