Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on abuses committed by Headmaster of school after Khachatur Abovyan of Aragatsotn region was completed in Aragatsotn Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
 

Through preliminary investigation evidence were obtained on the allegation that R. Nazaretyan, born in 1952, holding position of headmaster of secondary school after Khachatur Abovyan of Vardablur community of Aragatsotn region, by introducing false information in documents squandered money from state budget inflicting material damage to the state. Particularly, from January 3, 2006 to June, 2015 R. Nazaretyan, abusing position, made false employment contracts in the name of several persons and swindled the salaries and vacation money transferred from the RA state budget in their names.
 

In the result of investigatory actions circumstances significant for the criminal case were found. On the base of the sufficient evidence obtained during pretrial proceeding charge was pressed against R. Nazaretyan according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 179, the Points 1 and 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 179 (3 counts), the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 179 and the Article 314 (5 counts) of RA Criminal Code. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him. R. Nazaretyan pled guilty and gave testimony.
 

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to prosecutor supervising the legality of preliminary investigation.
