Three suspects, arrested in the framework of the criminal case investigated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee initiated on causing the serviceman Albert Safaryan to commit suicide, were pressed a charge for insulting, humiliating and committing violence against the serviceman.
 

Taking the public interest into consideration, we inform that the Battalion Senior Under Officer A. Suqiayan was charged with battering the serviceman related to the performance of his military duties - according to the Part 2 of the Article 358.1(2 counts).
 

Junior Sergeant M. Hovakimyan was charged with insulting the serviceman thus humiliating his honor and self-esteem, persecuting him, committing violence against him - according to 4 articles of RA Criminal Code - the Part 1 of the Article 360, the Part 1 of the Article 359, the Point 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 359 (2 counts) and the Part 2 of the Article 358.1 of RA Criminal Code.
 

The serviceman G. Ghazaryan was charged with persecution of the serviceman, breach of relations prescribed by field manuals between servicemen not subordinated to each other, expressed in humiliation of the person’s honor and self-esteem, persecution or violence – according to the Part 1 of the Article 359 (5 counts) and according to the Point 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 359 of RA Criminal Code (2 counts).
 

Imprisonment was chosen as a pretrial measure against A. Suqiasyan, M. Hovakimyan, G. Ghazaryan.
 

Preliminary investigation is under way.
 

Measures are taken to provide the comprehensive and complete examination of circumstances of the criminal case.
