Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on murder of the resident of Vanadzor Harutyun Aghajanyan was completed in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. Charge was pressed against two persons.

The body of Harutyun Aghajanyan, born in 1995, with cut-pierced wounds was found on November 20, 2016 at about 22:30 at the car service station located at 88, Yerevanyan, Vanadzor.

In the result of necessary investigatory and operative-searching actions conducted in the framework of the criminal case initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee a number of circumstances significant for the case were found, evidence were obtained that the young man had been stabbed by two persons who were identified; they are young men of 20 and 23.

Through preliminary investigation actual data were obtained on the allegation that on November 20 at about 22:00 the young men argued with Harutyun Aghajanyan at the area near the car service center and stabbed the latter on different parts of his body inflicting him cut-pierced bodily injuries incompatible with life and escaped.

On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against two young men according to the Point 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code, detention was chosen as a pretrial measure against them.

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
