In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davitashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee initiated on accepting commercial bribe by the trustee in bankruptcy, necessary investigatory and procedural actions are conducted to provide the comprehensive examination of the circumstances of the case in the result of which charge was pressed against the person who had assisted to give bribe.
 

Through preliminary investigation it was found that on the base of the credentials given in accordance with law the citizen Poghosyan introduced the interests of a Yerevan resident in RA courts and induced to give and accept commercial bribe.
 

Through investigation sufficient data were obtained on the allegation that in the framework of the civil proceeding investigated in the Court of First Instance he had induced the resident to give him 2.500.000 AMD to give the trustee in bankruptcy as a commercial bribe and induced the latter to accept it in order to organize the process of alienating the apartment mortgaged in the bank through auction for a favorable price for the resident of the same house.
 

Based on the obtained evidence the citizen Poghosyan was charged according to the Part 1 of the Article 38-200 and the Part 3 of the Article 38-200 of RA Criminal Code.
 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
