Circumstances of 38 Year-Old Man’s Death Found out; One Person Arrested
In the result of investigatory actions conducted in Vardenis Investigative Division of Gegharkunik Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee circumstances of 38 year-old man’s death were found out.
Pursuant to initial data, on July 29, 2019 at about 21:00 during a quarrel the resident of Vardenis town, born in 1978, hit 38 year-old fellow citizen with a bottle on the head causing bodily injuries.
On August 4 from 20:00 to 23:00 the latter died in his house of diffuse traumatic brain injury caused by close cranial trauma.
A criminal case was initiated in the RA IC Vardenis Investigative Division of Gegharkunik Regional Investigative Department according to the Point 14 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
The resident of Vardenis, born in 1978, was arrested.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Measures are taken to find out all circumstances of the case.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
