Circumstances of inflicting heavy bodily damage to 29 year-old man in Davtashen found
A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on inflicting heavy bodily damage to 29 year-old man.
On October 16, 2017 at 14:50 a call was received from medical center informing that a citizen with a diagnosis of “cut-pierced bleeding wound on the abdomen” was taken to medical center.
In the result of urgent investigatory actions the site where the man had been inflicted heavy bodily damage, circumstances were found, the person having committed the alleged crime was identified, data were obtained on the motive which is private.
A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
The suspect was arrested.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing, necessary investigatory and other procedural actions are conducted to provide the objective, complete and comprehensive investigation.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
