Criminal Case Initiated on Apparent Forgery of Institute Diploma Received in Proceeding of Investigative Committee
On April 11, 2019 the criminal case initiated in the RA National Security Service on apparent forgery of Institute Diploma was received in the proceeding of the RA Investigative Committee.
Pursuant to initial data, in February, 2019 the engineer of “Dilijan National Park” SNCO of the RA Ministry of Nature Protection, submitting a copy of diploma on graduation from Armenian Agricultural Institute in 1993 with profession of “agricultural mechanization” and qualification of engineer-mechanic to HR Department, was appointed in the position of deputy head of a division in the mentioned organization.
Through investigation data were obtained that the diploma submitted by the SNCO engineer to HR Department had apparently been forged.
On April 4, 2019 a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Department of the RA National Security Service according to the Part 1 of the Article 325 of RA Criminal Code.
Investigation is conducted.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
