On 3 September, 2020 at 14:40 a call was received in Mashtots Police Division informing that shots were heard in Halabyan Street of Yerevan, 4 people with firearm injuries were taken to “Armenia” and “Nairi” medical centers.

The investigatory-operative group left for the scene, inspection of the scene was conducted and blood-like traces, fired capsules were found.

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 (illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices) of RA Criminal Code.

Forensic examinations were commissioned.

Investigation is conducted.
