Data were obtained on taking bribe from a person with a legal status of a victim within the criminal proceeding investigated in the same division committed by the investigator.

Criminal case initiated on murder attempt; suspect arrested
In the result of urgent investigatory and other procedural actions the person having committed the alleged crime was identified, the motive was found. The suspect was arrested.
