Criminal case initiated on preparation of murder by a group of persons received
The criminal case initiated in the inquest body on May 24 on preparation of murder by a group of people was received in the proceeding of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee.
Three persons were arrested on suspicion of preparing murder and illegally procuring and keeping weapon and ammunition.
Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated according to the Point 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 35-104 and the Part 2 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code is ongoing in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases and necessary investigatory and other procedural actions are conducted to find all circumstances of the case.
Out of interests of investigation other details shall not be published at this stage of preliminary investigation.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
