The criminal case initiated on hooliganism that took place on May 2 in Goris was received in Goris Investigative Division of Syuniq Regional Investigative Department of RA investigative Committee.
 

On May 2, 2015 at 21:35 Police station of Goris received a call from “Goris medical center” informing that on the same day H. Zaqaryan with eye injury and eyelid laceration was taken to medical center.
 

During preparation of materials the police officials submitted reports telling that on May 2, 2015 at about 16:00 H. Zaqaryan argued with T. Khachatryan in the central part of Goris after which they went to an area called “Sdghi gyol” where other persons also joined them. The argument turned into scuffle during which H. Zaqaryan was inflicted a bodily injury at the part of his eye.
 

On May 4 a criminal case was initiated in Syuniq Regional Prosecution Office on hooliganism committed in the area called “Sdghi gyol” by unidentified persons according to the Part 3 of the Article 258 of RA Criminal Code. On May 5 the criminal case was received in Goris Investigative Division.
 

Necessary investigatory actions are conducted to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective examination of circumstances of the case, as well as to identify all the persons participated in the incident.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
