Investigation is conducted in Vagharshapat Investigative Division of Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find out circumstances of murder attempt against three residents of Armavir province.

On September 17, 2019 at 22:40 a call was received from “Vagharshapat” medical center informing that a resident of Aghavnatun village, born in 1989, with a diagnose of “firearm injury on the right thigh, deep artery injuries, external bleeding, 3th 4th degree hemorrhagic shock” was taken to medical center.

On the same day at 23:10 a call was received from “Erebuni” medical center informing that two more residents of the same village, born in 1986 and 1982 with diagnoses of “polytrauma, firearm injury on the right part of the chest” and “firearm injuries of the lower right and left limbs”, accordingly, were taken to medical center.

The investigatory-operative group immediately left for the scene.

A criminal case was initiated in Vagharshapat Investigative Division of Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code.

Pursuant to references given by doctors the mentioned persons are not able to give explanations. Forensic medical and forensic ballistic examinations were commissioned.

Investigation is conducted. Necessary measures are taken to find out all circumstances of the case, to find the person (persons) having committed the alleged crime.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
